I have a client that keeps getting an error "Invalid Operation 425: The printer cannot be accessed. It may be locked by another application." whenever I try printing a credit card transaction receipt on even a no sale.
I am using OLE POS with a USB receipt printer.
I have already checked the "Share OPOS printer" options in RMS.
There are three registers, all the same (clones). They are set as registers 1, 2 and 3. Register 1 does not have an issue, but register 2 and 3 are.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled OPOS. I also tried changing the OPOS name, to no avail.
The programs installations are still the same.
What could be causing this?
