Hello there!

It seems that I loved this foro hahahah.

I'm working with CRM2016 in <Internet Explorer> because I've read that it's better for configure or anything else...

The other day one of the Users try use it in <Google Chrome> and it work perfectly until he enter to "notes" and look that he wasn't able to <Look/Edit/Write/Add> attachments/notes (Somes Accounts let look but not edit, other can't look anything...).

My dude is.... there is a configuration to "fix" it? or I'll only tell to the User to use <IE>. I ask because I've seen that he has all his work with chrome (links, passwords and others pages to finds documents, etc...).

Thanks you for your time! ^^

    Hi Maurizio,

We ran in to this in our organization as well. If you highlight the box you will see the text that is in it. However; it is an issue with the css of one of the CRM files.

To correct it you can change the value #0000 to #000000 (add the two 0's) to the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_static\css\1033\notesv2.css.aspx or wherever you have installed your Dynamics CRM software.

This will only work for on-premise and not online since you don't have access to the files online.

Let us know and verify if it helps.

Edit: Here is another forum post on the issue https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/201640

    Thanks,

    Ryan

    Hello there! I've a dude.

    I've enter with Visual Studio 2017 to <notesv2.css file> and search <Color: #00> for look where is <Color: #0000>, because I've seen manys <Color: #....>.......But there isn't any with "0000".

Also, I've looked the link that you send and see that all talks about "000" - "0000". You can tell me where it's found? (for example- Wall Note Color) for find it and tell you what "code" I've there jejeje.

I'm working with CRM2016 on premise.

    Hi Maurizio,

Interesting. This is what my css file looks like. Disregard the line numbers, these are the same blocks of code.
