Hi all, could someone help me understand the following option:

Would this also apply on a shared mailbox that is setup within D365?  So if two teams are sending and receiving emails via two share mailboxes setup in D365 they would each get seperate activities (in my case, seperate 'cases' created) ?

Many thanks

    Hi,

I am afraid that it can't apply on a shared mailbox.

Select this option to create two email activities between Dynamics 365 users, one for the sender and one for the recipient.

This only applies to the email was determined to be internal communication from one user to another user in Dynamics 365.

You can refer to the following link.
