1099 - update error form 2020

I keep receiving the below error message. I have deleted Misc-15 and tried to rerun the update. I have even deleted all the codes and still get the error. The company never had 1099 reporting until this year so no updates were needed and now it won't update past 2019 not sure what is going on or how to fix it. Anyone else experience this and have a solution? 

On version 21.3

Error: 

The record in table IRS 1099 Form-Box already exists. Identification fields and values: Code='MISC-15'

    Hi,

    1.

    There could be a small chance that this is fixed in latest build. You mention 21.3, so if you can try also to upgrade to 21.4 which you can find here:

    My next advice would be to delete all records in this table (not just MUSC-15) but I see you tried that too.

    Do you have any hybrid companies (in the BC client go to "Hybrid companies list")? Just a theory, that maybe the upgrade code is also running for those. 

    If none of this helps then maybe open a support request.
