Error Downloading Symbols in Business Central Sandbox Environment

I'm developing a Business Central extension, but I'm encountering the following error when trying to download symbols from the Sandbox environment:

I've pulled the latest extension source code from Extension Management and attempted to work on it, but the issue persists.

I've ruled out user credential permissions as the cause, so I suspect the issue lies in one of the three areas mentioned in the error message.

Add tenant id in launch.json file

Change application ID from 23 to 24. and set range correctly.
