    Dear Adam,

    MTD = Current units , this is column 1
    PTD = Project to date Units , this is column 3
    PTD is YTD if a project is NOT balance foward at year end.

    For budget in units:
    1. Open Report in Crystal reports
    2. In the field explorer pane Click on Field = Column5
    3 Right click and select edit
    4. Change {pjptdsum.eac_amount} to pjptdsum.eac_units}
    5. Repeate proceduer for Column5
    6. Change {pjptdsum.total_budget_amount} to {pjptdsum.total_budget_units}

    The ETC columns will need to be changed so varience can compute on units rather than amounts.

    ETC,
    {@Column5} - {@Column3}

    gf1etc, gf2etc

    {@Gf1column5} - Sum ({@Column3}, {pjptdsum.project})

    I hope this is what you are thinking regarding hours/units on pa100

    Best Regards,

    Jana
