Number Sequence "Orga_1", having Reference: Organization Number - Where is it used?

I have a requirement to create separate number sequences for different operating units such as Department, Business Unit and Cost Center. By default a same sequence number i.e. "Orga_1" is used for any type of operating unit.

I have read on a blog (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/daxserver/2013/10/02/number-sequences-per-operating-unit-type/) that Separate Sequences can be defined for each operating unit by setting up Segment Configurations in Organization Administration Module (Organization administration > Number sequence >Segment configuration).

However, it is not workable as the selection toggle button is grayed out and even I have deleted all my previously created Operating Units.

Let me know what other things I have to delete and precisely if you can tell what entities consume this number?

Regards,

Faheem
