Production Auto Update 10.0.24

I have production and Uat in version 10.0.20. Uat auto update was on last week. But the package got failed .The status of the service package was "rollback completed". We have production auto update this saturday.will this service update (10.0.24) be successfully applied to production or will the package fail?

Uat version upgrade package got failed because it was in 10.0.20 version.will the result be same for production also since it is in same version as Uat?

    Hi Pavan J,

    Did you get any error message in your Uat? Service package update failed could cause by many reasons, such as network. Some could lead to your production update failed too, some not.
