Hi All,
I have a sale order with quantity of 5000 kg, 2000 kg of that is delivered already and I want to cancel remaining quantity (3000kg), but when I tried to delete shipment and make end inventory order in output order, I saw some strange thing!
There is 5000kg in Requested quantity and Inventory order quantity but 6000kg in quantity not in shipment, so system do not let me to end that inventory order , and obviously when I add shipment again I have 6000 in registered field in quantity details.
I checked the original sale order and everything seems correct.
so would you please help me to know the reason and solution of this problem?
