Unable to post data-package to azure blob storage using postman

Hey all,

I'm running into some issues posting a zip package with GetAzureWriteURL using postman. I've attached images of the headers that we've added to resolve the problem and the error message. I'm generating the URL perfectly fine but when I attempt to POST a package to the URL that I get, I run into an authentication error.

I've looked into the general URL issues that others have encountered but haven't been able to resolve. I'm not sure if there's any requisite headers I might be missing. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Edit: I've updated the photo's so they're more clear.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Robert,

Would you please replace the images you have posted with clearer ones? They are too blurry now.

You can copy the images and paste them directly but not from the Word doc or something similar.

Or you can insert them by uploading.

    Best Regards,

    Nya

    Hey, sorry about that.

I've edited my post with some clearer photos.

    Hi,

You can refer to the following doc to check if there is any missing value in the header according to your authorizing access to resources:

Authorize requests to Azure Storage (REST API) | Microsoft Docs

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya

    Hey all,

Turns out I was copying an extra bracket at the end of the SAS token and that was causing the issue. Hope anyone else that has this problem will find it helpful

    Hi Robert,

I have run to same issue as you have reported above, I was successful in getting the SAS Token, but when I try to perform a Put request to upload a file to a Blob storage, I end up having the same error as you. I am not what you meant when you copied extra brackets in the request. Appreciate your thoughts on this.

    Hi All,

I have managed to resolve the error, the way I got it to work was to not include x-ms-date and x-ms-version values to the header.
