Product category name on CPOS

Dear experts,

I tried to create new category on CPOS, but my category name is not display correctly with the name on Channel navigation categories. I already run 9999-All jobs

- On CPOS:

- On Channel navigation categories

Can someone help to advice? Is there any setting that i missed?

Hi ThuNgo,

Please try to clear the caches of the browser, if it doesn't work, you could restart Retail server to clear caches.

1. clear the caches of the browser: doesn't work

2. restart Retail server to clear caches: unfortunately i don't have the access right for this action. :(
