how to use store sales report

Dears,

could you please let me know how to verify the sales amount to be the same as z reports per store

the store sales inquiry  have 2 type of entry statues  what  is the difference between them

 i tried to retrieve the store sales and ignore all entery statues voided from the report  but there is a difference  between z report and store sales

kindly note that i have tow type of sales type sales and customer order

    The sales amount on z report comes from crt.shiftsview, and actually it comes from the table ax.retailposbatchtable.

    and the store sales report is defined at Channel reports configuration.

    So there is no straightforward way to compart the difference between these 2 reports, but we can tell we have never see there is a bug on these 2 reports.

    dear,

    the issue for me is im very confused about this report store sales  there is afield named entry statues and entery statues

    the both statues one for the transaction other one for the sales i ignored all voided statues from the both fields and ignore suspended transaction is that the accurate sales i have
