Everything looks like it's working as it should except the emails never get sent out of the outbox. Anybody else run across this? Thanks

Hello,
I am wondering if you have Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) installed properly. This needs to be installed on the computer that has been designated as the Application Server.
You can see if it installed by navigating to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications\OutlookAddin
If you are using a 32bit machine the Program Files folder will not have anything in parentheses after it.
In that folder, double click on the VSTO file.

Thanks for your response. Sorry I didn't see it sooner.
I can’t follow the suggested path as our SL is installed in its own folder and has no Applications sub-folder. The point is moot anyway as I found no such file as OutlookAddin on the server designated as the application server.
To the best of my knowledge, we never had the OutlookAddin installed while QuickSend was working. If we did, I don’t know how or why it would have been deleted.
