Is there a list of CRM database tables that should be cleaned out regularly in order to improver performance?
If so, is there a web site that lists a nice SQL Script that shows all of this logic? Then I can place it in the task scheduler.

System Jobs & Audit History have to be periodically cleaned. Especially System Jobs need to be cleaned periodically, as in the long this would cause performance issues. There are two options to delete the system jobs
1) To delete using bulk delete.blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../automatically-purging-records-from-microsoft-dynamics-crm
2) SQL would go something like this
DELETE asyncoperation
WHERE Statecode =3--Completed
