Hi:
Below is an article on copying links from Business Central to Teams.
I do not see any pictures of inventory items or any "previewing", upon conducting pasting within a Teams chat. I only see a web link.
How can I get the pasting in Teams to appear just like the illustrations shown in the link below?

Yes, sir.
In the top right-hand corner of Teams, next to your profile picture, click the ellipsis (three dots). Open Settings.
You will then need to go to App Permissions > Business Central
You then need to set External Links to TRUE
I have tried all of this, but it's not working.

Allow URL previews policy setting must be turned on. Otherwise, a card can't be generated for Business Central links pasted into a Teams conversation. For more information about this setting, see docs.microsoft.com/.../messaging-policies-in-teamsI would also add that you may want to try signing out of Teams, and logging back in, and ensuring the "External Links" are still enabled. Permissions are finicky with Teams.
