Inventory and Fiscal Shrinkage reports?

(0) ShareShare

I have reviewed the manuals, online documentation and the help topics. I cannot find any kind of inventory or fiscal srinkage reports. Sorry, but I must have looked right over the documentation about them. Where can I find the documentation about these reports, I really don't have time to write a report for one that already exists.

Thanks

Typically, shrinkage will be reported as an adjustment in inventory (10.030).   The key here is that you need to create  a Reason Code(s) for shrinkage as you might also want it to book to a different GL account than COGS and reason codes drive the GL offsets to inventory.

Then you can run any transaction report (e.g. IN Transactions - 10.680) using a select statement on "Intran.Reasoncd" Equal [your reason code].

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
