Recreating the data mart should address this issue on GP as well. Make sure you have back up. I especially like the simplicity of erxporting the building blocks.

In the following post, the user had been granted security access to a folder, then the user was removed and recreated, which caused the error. There is a solution to the problem provided in the link.

There is a more aggressive approach recommended by the link to a Microsoft KB article for an AX install, which involves recreating the Data Mart. Make sure you export your report definitions to a TDBX file prior to doing this.
