Hello,
I was looking into setting up a signature capture device on my RMS system. How easy is this? I have heard great things about Ingenico products, anyone currently have one integrated with their system?
Also who do you recommend for payment processing? I already have First Data with my current RMS setup.

You should do well with the Ingenico product models: 6550, 6770, or 6780. There are many Hardware Store POS, Lumber Store POS, Farm Store POS, and Rental POS systems which use Microsoft RMS and any of these Ingenico models. Hardware and Home Improvement stores are heavy users of Signature Capture because they typically have many Store Accounts (Charge Accounts) so printing the signtature on paper, e-mailing a receipt with signature, and printing or e-mailing statements with receipts and signatures is very important for their customers internal accountability / accounting. The above will all work if setup properly.
