CRM 4.0 and Terminal Server 2003 problem IExplorer face

Hi to all i need your help:

i have external consultans and Sales force and theys use remote access (Terminal Server 2003)  for connect to CRM 4.0 only for Web interface.

We don´t have Exchenge Server or office Outlook  in terminal server 2003  (and no new proyect to install them :(  ) , only CRM 4.0  through Web acces whit internet Explorer 6.0

ok the problems:

when i logon in terminal server and open internet explorer  i have to digit http://crm/1org and appear a windows to digit for secon time domain\user and password  ... the same user  and password like terminal server. Why no recognizes the firts logon  like my computer ??

.. and when i work in CRM 4.0 through terminal server whit IExplorer,  need every 5 or 6 minutes re-type my login information  

any everybody  have a idea how to fix that , i need config CRM 4.0  like sharepoint Services 3.0 it take the logon  information in Terminal  server and  open a iexplorer with user information.

    Is it the same when you access the crm using localhost or machine name ? Try to add these two values to intranet zone and reset its settings to default.

     ok , tanks Grzegor.

     

    i follow your steps and locate a internet option , change and all is a OK.

    internet options> security tab >trusted sites > custom level.

    here have a default option in user authentication  :"automatic logon only in intranet zone"

    i change to "automatic logon whith current username and password". and all fine.
