Error with Appointments on iPAD

Hi, I customize the Appointment entity on my Dynamics CRM 2015 onpremise with some fields. All works fine with the web access (IE, Chrome etc).

The problem is with iPAD (please note that all other entities works correctly). When I create a new appointment I have no problem, but when I reopen the appointment the form shows, but with a red cross on some fields (for example the owner) such as the value of those fields are not filled in. The data related to those fields are not displayed and the form continue to load infinitely.

Also I receive an error message: SCRIPT5007 : Unable to get property '$2D' of undefined or null reference

Any help?
