I have a fairly complex Income statement I am trying to write. my columns are:
Current Period | Cost Per Unit % | Percent of Revenue | Current YTD | Cost Per Unit % | Percent of Revenue | FY2013 Current | Cost Per Unit % | Percent of Revenue | FY2013 YTD | Cost Per Unit % | Percent of Revenue |
I have been able to figure out all of them but the Cost per Unit % So I thought I would through this out and see if anyone had any suggestions. This is what I am trying to do. I have all my unit accounts pulled into my rows with calculations to get the totals into the groups I need. Just not sure how to translate that into the column.
Current Period | Cost Per Unit %
RevenueA | 100 | Current period/TotalA |
RevenueB | 500 | Current period/TotalB |
RevenueC | 400 | Current period/TotalC |
RevenueD | 300 | Current period/TotalD |
ExpensesA | 200 | Current period/TotalA |
ExpensesB | 300 | Current period/TotalB |
ExpensesC | 400 | Current period/TotalC |
ExpensesD | 500 | Current period/TotalD |
Unit Account1 | ||
Unit Account2 | ||
Unit Account3 | ||
Unit Account4 | ||
Unit Account5 | ||
Unit Account6 | ||
Total A | Unit Account1+Unit Account2
Total B | Unit Account 3 | |
Total C | Unit Account4+Unit Account5
Total D | Total All Unit Account/7*3 |
The report is about 3 pages long, and currently pulled into excel to modify for that column.
