Implementing Marketing on a Tenant that is shared by over 20 companies

Hi All,

I am looking to implement D365 Marketing on a Tenant that has 20+ companies who are semi competitors. Can All aspects of Marketing be completely separated by Business Unit. Can all campaigns and settings be completely separated.  Does anyone have experience implementing Marketing in tis manner?
