We keep getting an error that reads: The General Posting Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Gen. Bus. Posting Groups ="Gen. Prod. Posting Group='Software'. We have already triple checked our general posting setups and general business posting groups and we have all of the fields filled in. We tried to create a new group and received the exact opposite error (we couldn't proceed because there WAS a setup). This is keeping us from being able to adjust our inventory.

    In the General Posting Setup Page do you have a line where the Gen. Business Posting Group field is empty, but the Gen. Prod. Posting Group is Software? If you don't, then you need to create one.

    Hi, if you don't have customizations, as Valentin mentioned, the only thing to check is the General Posting Setup Page. The part that is easy to miss is the empty section for Gen. Bus. Posting Groups. I suggest you check it again.
