Integration Manager - Issue

Posted on by 9

Hello,

Currently we are in the process GP upgrade from 2013 R2 to 2016 R2. As part of testing in our lower environment I have asked one of the user to test Integration Manager 2016 by pointing to the MDB file where all integrations are located. User was able to test Integration successfully in 2016 but when she tried to open same integration in existing environment 2013 , she is facing below issue. I am not sure what went wrong ? Please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance for your help and support.

    Sandip is likely correct.

It looks like your MBD file was upgraded to 16.0.0.0 when you opened it in Integration Manager for Dynamics GP 2016.  There really isn't a downgrade option, so reverting to a backup of the GP 2013 MBD file is probably going to be your quickest solution.

    RE: Integration Manager - Issue

I had this issue pop up the other day. I went to the Programs and Features under Control Panel, clicked Integration Manager and chose Modify. In my example, the source adapter was missing and needed added to the installation. There's a chance that the same issue could be occurring for your destination adapter. I would check there first.
