Thanks for your reply. I know the process for Customer Portal. I did some POCs on this.
I didn't know the Intranet Portal. Did you worked on Intranet Portal? Is it will work for Internal CRM Users? How to implement the screens for Internal Users?

We have tried this option. But unable to configure the portal. Actually they mentioned intranet portal. but that portal is not found...
