Invalid User License

Hello Everyone,

I am using Project Operation module and we have some users facing the below error. I have assigned them "Dynamics 365 Project Operation" license so, they should be able to access the Project Operation application but, every time they try to log in it shows the below error.

Please let me know what areas I can check to resolve this issue.

Hi Harshil,

If you click on Technical Details, it will show you the list of licenses that must be assigned to gain access:

An appropriate license is required with one of these service plans:

Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation

Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation for Government

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - Project Service User Add-On

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - Project Service User Add-On

Dynamics 365 for Project Operations CDS

Dynamics 365 for Project Operations CDS Attach
