Can we have primary and secondary capacity reservations for an item when running master plan with finite capacity?

We have an item that can be produced on 2 resources - A & B (one is more efficient than the other).

Is there a way we can setup the system (primary and secondary routes or something) so that the master planning (with finite capacity) reserves capacity on resource A first and if none is available reserves the capacity on resource B?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
