Built in email recipient for CRM dynamics 365

I have been working with SharePoint and there we used to send outgoing emails using system built-in email 'no-reply@sharepointonline.com' for outgoing emails. Do we have something similar here? I want to send email notifications using a workflow but don't know what lookup to use in the Sender field.

    Hi Mohd,

    If you are using Office 365, you can configure a shared mailbox, and then configure a CRM Queue to use that shared mailbox.  Then you can use the queue as the sender of an email.  This way, technically, you shouldn't need to use an additional licence. Below article explains the steps.

    Hi Tahir,

    You can either create a user with email ID no-reply@sharepointonline.com or create a queue. I would suggest you to create a queue by going to settings>>service management>>queue with email ID no-reply@sharepointonline.com

    Now go to this queue's mailbox>>approve email>>Test & Enable mailbox

    HI Mohd, For dynamics the emails can be configured using the Built in Office 365 Tenant email address or Exchange. alternative email provider depending on how you have configured your setup if it is Server Side Synchronisation or EMail router?

    When you send an email, it will be sent from the Users email, so in the case of a Workflow it will be sent from the Workflow Owners Email address. It can also be sent from a Team / Queue mailbox. Have you configured your EMails for your users yet?

    Hi Nithya,

    Thanks for replying. I know how to create a workflow. My query is how can emails be sent from some default CRM support type domain? ( Like in SharePoint we had 'no-reply@sharepointonline.com') I guess users aren't supposed to reply to these emails. They  are for support purposes most importantly.
