Date Time Filed Behaviour in D365 CRM Powerapps

Hlo Everyone , I have a requirement I am using plugin and in my crm 1 have appointment table field is scheduledstart which datatype is date and time and behavior is user local when i trying to trace the field and show in exception it show different time

 

Trace:

CheckTestTime. CurrentStartTime: 09/08/2023 07:00:00, CurrentEndTime: 09/08/2023 07:30:00
FormateedCheckTestTime. FormateedStartTime: Friday 08 Sep 2023 07:00:00 +00:00

 

but current time is 12:30PM TO 1:00PM
