Sales orders Created from Rebate Management gets the prices from Trade agreements

The scenario is creating a new Sales order with free of charge items by using rebate management.

When the new sales order created from Rebate management, the prices comes from the trade agreements(which I wanted to see "0"), is there any way to get the prices "0" when the trade agreements is active on customer?

    I am also interested in it.
    If we offer free of charge product as a bonus why it takes the price from trade agreement?
