Export to PDF using Ctrl P

I am working in a project using Dynamics 365 Store Commerce. We have created a custom report and we want to use Ctrl P to export it to PDF. In certain environments and machines it works without problems, but in other looks like the option is disabled. Is there any option to enable/disable Ctrl P? Thanks

Thanks, but hotkeys work in all applications except Store Commerce. So is a problem related with the application, not the machine
