Processes not updating upon Import

I've made some changes to a workflow in my Dev environment, and uploaded it as part of a managed solution into my Prod. Upon import, I get the warning that the workflow in the solution I've imported will replace the deactivated one in the existing environment.

When I check the workflow in the Prod environment, however, the changes have not been made.

What am I missing?

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

This could happen if you have modified the workflow (as unmanaged) in your Production environment.

To get the latest changes, import your solution with "Overwrite Customizations" option.
