Hi all,

I'm working on VS TFS.

In AX I added some fields to form1 and before check-in I did import --> Show details --> compare, but no differences were found.

As I know if we have modified something on object and have not done check-in yet then the original xpo and the AX object should not be the same.

Am I missing something?

Hi Martin,

Actually I'm not doing import. As you said I'm comparing workspace version with the latest version in TFS and I'm doing it via import button, choosing the TFS xpo then clicking the "show details" check box and doing compare there, after compare I'm not clicking OK but cancel, in order not to import the TFS version.

Is there any other way to compare workspace version with TFS version?

Import? Import of what?

Before you check in your changes, you can compare your workspace version with the latest version in TFS. No import is involved in this process.
