Hi there,

I have reconciled 2 checks in December 2025 and canceled in January 2026.

I can see the canceled check in bank transactions now, how can I remove these lines from bank transactions?

Hi Dixita,

In case you mean by bank transaction the posted transactions, then this is not possible. There is no support to delete individual posted transactions.

HI @Dixita,

The canceled check appears in bank transactions because it was reconciled in December and canceled in January. This is expected system behavior in D365 Finance and ensures an auditable reversal of cash movement.

Bank transaction lines cannot be deleted. The correct approach is to reconcile the cancellation in January.
