Open CRM report in custom .net application

Hello All,

We have one SSRS report hosted in Dynamics 365 environment. We have one custom application integrated with Dynamics 365 instance using App User. We need to render one report hosted in Dynamics 365 instance into our custom .net application. Can anyone guide us on same.
