Parature Integration with Dynamic CRM

Dear Team,

I have the Parature Trail Version and Parature API. So i am able to Call Parature API from C#.Net Application and i am able to Create the Account, Customer and Service Request in Parature through Parature API. 

But can we call CRM REST API in Parature so that i am able to Create Ticket in Parature and this will create the Case Record in CRM using CRM REST API. But i am unable to find Calling CRM REST API in Parature. 

Can anyone help on this.

    Hi Venkat

    As I understand from the Parature training.

    If integration from CRM to Parature if the data from CRM to Parature flow then you can do real time. Because why? Because crm has plugin that can be triggered in real time.

    But if from Parature to CRM, Parature does not have plugin so there is no real time.

    Then we suggest to use a batch job a console application to insert to CRM.

    Hey Aileen/ Venkat,

    I am trying to get activities (Tasks/ Phone Calls/ Notes) from Parature using Parature SDK but couldn't find a way to get it via APIs, could you please share if this is possible in any way.
