Can I make appointments feed through to a shared calendar?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to get it so appointments made by the guys feed through to a shared calendar. Any idea how I can do this? At the moment it goes through to the owner of the records calendar as they have the CRM connector for outlook installed. E.g Bob creates an appointment then a record is created in bob@test.com's calendar. Rather than going to Bob's calendar, I need it to go to a shared calendar, which has it's own email address.

Making the shared calendar email address a users primary email address wouldn't work as they still need to send emails from their personal address via CRM.

Any comments are appreciated.

I see You want appointments booking though to shared calendar . But, There are many option for appointments booking in Dynamics365. There are many calendar like group calendar, calendar pro but i suggest Calendar 365 for Dynamics 365.

Calendar 365 Manage all your activities including tasks, recurring appointments, phone calls, service and campaign activities, etc right from your Dynamics CRM calendar. No more managing multiple calendars and forgetting events, email follow-ups, etc. Create, edit and copy CRM activities as well as custom activities.

I'm looking to do something similar. Maybe a workflow or business rule that adds the shared calendar's email address to the appointment's "To" field?
