Deleting inactive users

Hi Team,

How can i delete disabled users in D 365. 

Please suggest.

    By design you can only disable them or term them.   Make sure you have the term reason codes pre-populated though.  If you term them, if have elevated roles that permit, you can then go into the HR module ->> Workers ->> Past workers and see all the employees that are no longer with the company or entity.

    Users in Dynamics 365 cannot be deleted and can only be disabled.

    You cannot delete the users. This is by design.

    Users is the type of information that can't be deleted. That's a platform limitation.
