I've been having an issue with the marketing app for over a week now. It is hard to describe, but when I open a new draft, it automatically opens in "Preview and Test" mode. That, by itself, was not cause for alarm, but it was strange. Then, after going into the editor and clicking into a content block, this happens:
We submitted a ticket to ask for help, but the Dynamics 365 Support Engineer could not figure out the problem. I sent them the HTML and had a video call/screen share to walk through the issue. They had no idea how to solve it and recommended updating the app to the latest version, but that was unsuccessful.
