Hi ,

I am using twillo for SMS service and the requirement is based up on reply i need to update field d365 ?

is this possible or not if yes help me on this

    Hi,

    my requirement is communication happening through sms so if customer reply is yes then field has to change appointment has to change to yes else no automatically.

    like approval work flow if approve change field to yes else no.
