Unable to update Any of the Security Roles on D365 CRM Online

Hi Folks,

I am unable to update Security Roles on D365 CRM Online , on update its throwing given below error

System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: Privilege xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is duplicated. (Fault Detail is equal to Exception details:
ErrorCode: 0x8004140F
Message: Privilege dxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  is duplicated.
).

Note: I am not able to update any security role's privilidge.

    Thanks Xavier for your response.

    My issue is not related to Import of Solution.

    I am unable to update my security roles on my Dev.

    Yes, but your security role have probably a duplicate.

    Can you try to add the security role in a solution, export it, search a duplicate and fix it as describe in the post ?

    There is duplicate privilege in your security role.

    I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    I have investigated it , I dont have any privilidge duplicated under one security role.

    Althought we can and we have many duplicate privilidges combiely in multiple Security Roles.

    For example Security Role A and Security Role B can have same privilidges on the Acount , Contact and Caase Entities.

    So my issue is still there.

    Hi Folks,

    I have resolved my issue , dont know how given below priviliges were added in my custom security roles

    • prvAppendToEntityRecordFilter
    • prvReadRecordFilter
    • prvAppendRecordFilter
    • prvAppendToRecordFilter

    CRM is allowing these priviliges can be linked only with System Customizer Role.

    When I Removed these priviliges from my custom security roles and imported the solution , my Issue got resolved and Now I am able to Update my Org's security roles.
