Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

2018 Sales Transaction prior to 2017 Year End Closing. Now customer summaries are displaying 2018 transactions in 2017 column. Can this be fixed????

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

This is my first time in this forum. I have use GP a long time. I've always had someone I could go to if I ever had a problem. His name was Mitch Patterson. He knew this program inside and out. Mitch has since passed away(rest in peace). Now it's so hard to find someone I could trust.

So here is the problem.

My A/R guy did not perform 2017 year end close prior to entering any new transactions in 2018. And he posted all the 2018 transactions. And then he performed 2017 yearend because he forgot. So now all the 2 days worth of transactions he entered for 2018 show up in the 2017 yearly column in "Customer Summary".  Is there anything that can be done to fix this??

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sits S.
