RE: Transaction Date in InventTrans (Inventory Transactions)

Date Physical - The date on which the items were received or picked

Date Financial - The date on which the items were invoice updated or cost accounted through production.

Date Expected - The date of the expected transaction, such as the delivery date for a sales order.

So If you are looking for the Picking or Receiving transactions, then you have to consider Physical date.  If you are looking for Invoiced transactions, then consider Date Financial

Let me tell you with example

    lets take as SO posting

once you are doing packing slip posting , you are entering transdate or posting date in UI, which is getting stored in invent trans as datePhysical with physical value.

Same line when you are doing invoice, you are providing also posting date or transdate in ui which will get store in inventTrans as date financial with posted value/financial value.

DateExpected - is nothing but delivery date which should not be transdate.

    Hope you are cleared.

    Thanks
