I keep getting this error message:

I am trying to run a report in Detail General Ledger but it will not include all of the information I need. How do I adjust/change the record size limitations in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011?

    The magic number you are looking for is 30500 bytes per data retrieval operation from the database. The whole SL system is built with that limit. I don't think you can change that. Even if there was a way, it would mean recompiling the whole system.

    Even though the underlying SQL datatype allows for 2 GB, you can only read up to the 30500 limit.
