I am trying to implement Quick Create window on clicking of + button on Opportunity Line Items Subgrid. But OOTB, on click of + button I am seeing the below options
I tried to override it through ribbon workbench, but it is not working. Any ideas on how to do that?
The problem with OOTB editable is I cannot customize it as per the needs.

Part of this depends on whether you all need to have both existing products or write-in products. If you don't, you can try setting the security role for sales people to not be able to do write-in products. Test as that user, but if I recall, that should bypass this step, since they don't even have permission to write-in products.
