Contract Billing: Report contract meter overages charged to customers

I am looking for a way to report the actual contract item meter overages that were charged to the customer.  This is so we can reconcile the meter usage amounts that are being entered into GP are correctly calculating the overage charges.  

If anyone can provide a solution or suggestion that would be greatly appreciated.
