I'm trying to run RMS Headquarters Client as a service, and as such, it sometimes fails to ignore the shutdown command when a user logs out.

From my understanding, one of the primary reasons for customers running Headquarters Client as a service is so that the client can run when a user is not logged in, or can start up before the user logs in.
