GP2013 R2 Auto receive and workflow (capital items)

Hi,

I was testing the capital item function for purchase line items and then auto-receiving the items on the order. Since i have ticked this option for a purchase order i keep getting the message that 'All line items have been received' when the items are still available for shipment and invoicing. I have workflow enabled and i am submitting and approving at each stage when necessary. I can add the line items manually using the receivings transaction entry window but can't auto-receive. Has anyone else come across this?

    I have exactly the same issue in Shipment/Invoice auto-receiving, did you find any solutions ? and when I deactivate Workflow, it works,

    Hi Bharat,

    After logging this with Microsoft it has been identified as a bug and will be fixed in the next service pack.

    "Until a fix it put into place, the current work-around is to manually receive the PO rather than using the auto receive, if you are using the new workflow.

    For your reference the quality report number is TFS 79917.
