Idiots guide to D365 sales professional set up

Currently using trial of Sales Pro. Are there any very basic but thorough guides to set up. I'm expecting to use the trial with real data and linking to O365 Business Premium

Have gone through set up process but UK small business user and not particularly tech savvy and frustrated at apparent complexity of integration.
