Apply Sales Document in not active (Cannot access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded)

Dear Experts,

I'd like to apply collection receive from our customers thru Apply Sales Document but unfortunately the form is inactive, please advise how to fix and activate the apply sales document form or is there any other way to apply sales document.

Go to Tools->Setup->System->Alternate Forms/Reports and make sure this window is checked.
